ABOUT ME



I'm Ivetta Sándor, fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Since childhood, exercise has been an integral part of my daily routine, ranging from dancing and martial arts to weight training. Especially during combat sports, I grasped the significance of enhancing not only physical strength but also mental resilience. In the past two years, I've shifted my focus to bodyweight and barbell training to further strengthen both aspects. 

My main goal is to contribute with my knowledge and experience to the strengthening of the physical condition of my trainees on an individual basis.

- Individualized in writing a training plan.

- In increasing muscle mass, losing weight, keeping in shape, so that you don't just dream of a toned body.
