ABOUT ME
I'm Ivetta Sándor, fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Since childhood, exercise has been an integral part of my daily routine, ranging from dancing and martial arts to weight training. Especially during combat sports, I grasped the significance of enhancing not only physical strength but also mental resilience. In the past two years, I've shifted my focus to bodyweight and barbell training to further strengthen both aspects.
