Sports has always been and will continue to be a significant part of my life, as it teaches discipline, humility, and commitment, virtues I have always held in high regard. I strive to infuse this love for sports and the sense of fulfillment it brings into my classes, as it is one of the best things you can engage in!
I have been involved in personal training for 9 years, during which time I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals. The professional knowledge that I have acquired during this time is at your disposal, all you need to do is embrace it, and success is guaranteed! Teaching isn't just something I've left for life; I actually started my coaching career with a personal training course at the International Bodybuilding Federation. Building on this foundation, I later pursued a functional training certification at the Almásy Movement Academy.
